What’s been happening:

Since my 1997 retirement from the United States Air Force I've held several positions but only one in the private sector. After retirement I accepted a position as the Director of Education and Training with the world's largest for profit Healthcare Corporation headquartered in Nashville, TN. I spent seven years there but decided to return to government employment. In 2005 the US Army Ordnance School in Aberdeen, MD hired me as their Chief of Staff and Faculty Development. A year later I was promoted to Chief, Learning Technology Division. In December of 2006 I accepted the Chief Knowledge Officer position at the United States Army War College.
